For the purpose of actively implementing the alternative energy development strategy “electricity replaces coal, fuel and comes from far away”, the marketing department of Suzhou Electric Power Supply Company outwardly promotes the government introducing policies relevant to alternative energy and inwardly perfects marketing system flow.It also further makes clear job responsibilities, standardizes the project management, makes work process clear, develops training and assessing, strengthens risk control and gradually achieves energy efficiency, alternative energy work and traditional marketing business such as business expansion and customer service, improving the lean degree and accuracy of professional management process along with winning the good response from customers and the market.. |
