蓄热式电取暖工程是推进清洁供暖的重大民生工程。然而,当前蓄热式电取暖方案经济性评估方法未考虑不同设备寿命的差异性,以及相关“煤改电”补贴政策等因素,易导致投资不合理,居民取暖成本过高等问题。提出一种基于全寿命周期等年值成本的蓄热式电取暖方案经济性评估方法。首先,建立蓄热式电取暖系统中主要设备模型;进而,提出基于全寿命周期等年值成本的蓄热式电取暖方案经济性评估方法;最后,通过典型算例验证本文所提方法的有效性。 |

Regenerative electric heating projects are major livelihood projects that promote clean heating. However, current economic evaluation methods of thermal storage electric heating systems aren’t considering factors such as differences in the life of different equipment and related“coaltoelectricity”subsidy policies, which may lead to unreasonable investment and excessive heating costs for residents. An economic evaluation method of thermal storage electric heating schemes based on equivalent annual cost in life cycle is proposed. Firstly, the main equipment in the thermal storage electric heating system is modeled. Then, the economic evaluation model of the thermal storage electric heating based on equivalent annual cost in life cycle is proposed. Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by an typical example. |
