      在“双碳”目标下,电动汽车凭借于其低碳、低污染的优势受到广泛关注。近些年,在国家政策的引导下,电动汽车的发展十分迅速,但大规模电动汽车的无序充电也将会对电网的安全稳定产生不利的影响,而合理的调度电动汽车的充放电行为参与电网调峰,不仅可以降低其对电网产生影响,还可以产生可观的效益。首先对电动汽车参与电网调峰的潜力和经济性进行分析;然后从电动汽车参与调峰辅助服务市场的交易方式、市场交易策略、可调节容量、充放电控制策略等方面展开分析,重点梳理了相关的最新研究成果,并针对研究中存在的问题结合新技术提出了可能的研究方向;最后结合实际情况,提出了大规模电动汽车参与调峰仍面临的一些问题。

      Under the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, electric vehicles have attracted wide attention due to their advantages of low carbon and low pollution. In recent years, under the guidance of national policy, the development of electric vehicle grows very quickly, but the disorder of large-scale electric vehicle charging will produce adverse effect for grid security and stability,and reasonable scheduling of electric vehicle charging and discharging behavior involved in power grid peak shaving, can not only reduce the impact on power grid, but also produce significant benefits. Firstly, the potential and economy of electric vehicles participating in power grid peak shaving are analyzed. Then, the transaction mode, market transaction strategy, adjustable capacity,charge and discharge control strategy of EV participation in peak shaving assistance service market are analyzed. And focuses on the latest research results, possible research directions are proposed for existing problems in the research combined with new technologies. Finally, problems of large-scale electric vehicles involved in peak shaving are put forward.
