      随着互联网信息技术、可再生能源技术以及电力市场改革进程的加快,电网企业在践行“三型两网、世界一流”的战略目标过程中,作为泛在电力物联网建设的重要内容的综合能源服务已逐步成为提升能源效率、降低用能成本的重要发展方向。针对电网企业开展综合能源服务中缺乏创新商业模式探索,本文结合企业战略理论中波特的“钻石模式”及商业模式理论中魏朱的“六要素商业模式”模型,构建了适宜综合能源服务发展的商业模式钻石模型。从外部市场环境、战略定位、业务系统、关键资源能力、盈利模式以及自由现金流结构六个要素对综合能源服务商业模式进行了详细分析,寻求综合能源服务公司未来业务发展方向。

      With the acceleration of Internet information technology, renewable energy technology and the reform of the power market, grid companies are implementing the strategic objectives of “three-type, two-network, world-class”, as an important content of ubiquitous power Internet of Things construction, Integrated energy services have gradually become an important development direction for improving energy efficiency and reducing energy costs. In view of the lack of innovative business models in developing the integrated energy service of power grid enterprises, this paper constructs a suitable business model for Development of a business model diamond model, which combines the “diamond model” of Porter"s strategic theory and the “six-factor business model” of Wei Zhu in the business model theory. And analyzes the business model of integrated energy service in detail from the external market environment, strategic positioning, business system, key resource capacity, profit model and free cash flow structure to seek the future business development direction of the integrated energy service company.
