      The difficult of recovering tariff of the rental housing customer puzzles the electric power company service for a long time. Prepaid model have certain help to solve the problem. Using expert consultation method to form urban long-rent low voltage customer analysis indicators. The logistic regression method is used to construct recognition model. Practice shows that the model can accurately locate the rental customers, support prepaid model promotion, auxiliary improve tariff recovery.
